These terms apply when you use PhysioDesk clinic software, public clinic pages, search pages, resources, and related services.

You may use PhysioDesk for lawful clinic administration, patient management, scheduling, billing, public clinic discovery, and related physiotherapy clinic workflows. You must not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with security, or upload unlawful or harmful content.
Clinic responsibilities
- Clinics are responsible for the accuracy of clinic profiles, services, pricing, phone numbers, addresses, photos, and published information.
- Clinics are responsible for patient consent, medical record handling, staff access, billing compliance, and professional healthcare obligations.
- PhysioDesk is a software and discovery platform. It does not replace medical judgement or emergency medical care.
Public listings and patient search
Clinic discovery results may use area, pincode, service category, availability signals, and geographic coordinates. We try to keep listings useful, but we do not guarantee that every profile, distance, availability, review status, or clinic detail is complete or current.
Subscriptions and payments
Paid plans, setup fees, renewal terms, taxes, cancellations, and support scope may depend on the selected clinic plan or written agreement. Any plan-specific terms shared during onboarding apply along with these terms.
Intellectual property
PhysioDesk software, design, branding, website content, and platform features belong to PhysioDesk or its licensors. Clinic content belongs to the clinic or the party that has rights to provide it, subject to the permissions needed to display and operate the service.
Limitation and contact
To the fullest extent permitted by law, PhysioDesk is provided without guarantees of uninterrupted availability or error-free operation. For support, corrections, or account questions, contact us.
